NAUDI - NATIONAL ASSOCIATION 
The head of the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries (NAUDI), Serhiy Pashynsky, has asked the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence to protect the data of state-owned and private defense companies during martial law. In particular, this includes the location indicated in the registers, financial and production plans, tax information, banking transactions, customs declarations, and other information about legal entities.
Given the strategic importance of such enterprises for the state's defense capability, access to this data should be granted exclusively to officials who have undergone special vetting and training, including for handling secret and confidential information.
Reliable national security and the development of the Ukrainian defense industry can only be achieved through joint efforts, in cooperation between public authorities and defense companies.
The Association has developed proposals for possible instruments to resolve this issue. Serhiy Pashynsky, Chairman of the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries (NAUDI), sent relevant letters to the National Security and Defense Council, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the Parliamentary Committee on National Security.
