The second wave of mobilization has begun in Ukraine.
According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03.03.2022 No. 194, it is possible to make reservations for the period of mobilization and military status of employees of enterprises involved in the execution of a state defense order for the manufacture and restoration of damaged equipment and weapons, as well as the supply of products from abroad for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and other defense forces of Ukraine.
In this regard, NAUDI appeals to the member companies of the Association to form and submit the appropriate list of employees to the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine as soon as possible.
Proposals for the reservation of conscripts for the period of mobilization and martial law shall be submitted in printed form and/or in electronic form with appropriate justification.
