NAUDI consolidates the efforts of Ukrainian defense enterprises to promote competitive products to foreign markets, involves its participants in joint projects with NATO and the EU, and works to restore Ukraine's export potential.

NAUDI is deeply engaged in national defense and security policy-making, cultivates the positive image of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex globally, and provides publicity to member companies.
Regulatory
NAUDI participates in the development of concepts and programs for the reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the system of providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations with military and special equipment and weapons, contributes to the implementation of systemic reforms in the field of security and defense, as well as the implementation of effective state and state-private mechanisms in the field of modernization available, development and implementation of the latest models of military equipment, weapons and ammunition.

NAUDI represents and protects member companies’ rights and legitimate interests in relations with central and local authorities, local governments, trade unions, associations, other public associations, enterprises, institutions, and organizations in Ukraine and abroad.
NAUDI drafts and concludes Industry Agreements with national executive bodies; helps form and implement national socio-economic policies to boost Ukrainian economy and industry competitiveness. NAUDI is engaged in conducting collective bargaining, concluding and agreements, ensuring the employers fulfill their obligations under the concluded contracts.
